    Kpop idol to star in a Phil-Kor film together with Sue Ramirez; showing this June 5!

    One of the famous stars from the Philippines and the Korean Tourism Organization Manila's Ambassador, Sue Ramirez is starring in a Filipino-Korean collaboration Film entitled 'Sunshine Family' and will hit the theaters on June 5, 2019!


    Sunshine Family is an adaptation of the 1992 film Hikinige Family, a Japanese film released in 1992. This film is jam-packed with famous Filipino artists but the catch is that the love team of Sue in this film is from the Kpop group Blanc7 named Shinwoo.

    Other artists include Nonie Buencamino, Shamaine Centenera, and Marco Masa. They play the role of a family who lived in Korea for five years and returned to the Philippines after the said time frame. The story also circulates in a certain car accident, conspiracy and the conflict that family members shall resolve within themselves.

    On the other hand, Shinwoo happens to play a role as a police officer and is expected to have a kissing scene with Sue. A lot of twist and turns will surely excite the viewers especially fangirls who are up for some family-centered stories and a love story between an Oppa and a Filipina.

    The film Sunshine family is co-produced by Spring Films and Film Line and directed by Kim Tai Sik who is an award-winning film director of the record-breaking films Heartbreaker Hotel and Driving with my wife's lover.
